My trailers are intended to fill the void between custom, and affordable trailers.
Most owners now see the benenfit of my wood trailers, over a mass made metal shell trailer that costs 2 -3x the price.
While my trailers are technically "home made", this in no way means they have to look like your grandpa's old beater.
These are planned to be Simple, Solid, Light, and Affordable New trailers. In fact, every piece will be brand new!
My trailers also stay cooler inside and on the surface, and they are easy to pull with almost any vehicle.
You dont need a huge truck or hitch, I have had over 2,000lbs in these and pulled with a 4cyl truck!
With the options available you can even have a low profile trailer to pull behind a small car!
All trailers start with a chassis like these, in either 4' x 8' or a smaller 40" x 48" version.
There are 3 different chassis types for 4' x 8' and two for the smaller version.
They come with 1 7/8" coupler. (A 2" upgrade can be purchased seperatly)
I start with a basic chassis which I hand assemble and wire for lighting.
From there it will be custom build it to fit your needs.
Whether you want a flatbed, flatbed with rails, low enclosed, 2', 3', 4', or most common 5' high.
I can even do any height you need like concession carts 6.5' high, its all up to you.
All enclosures are framed and skinned with new wood, 3 and 4 ply sheathing and premium whitewood framing.
Every chassis is DOT legal steel frame, and all enclosures are securely bolted to the chassis, I have never had a failure!
Turn around time can be from as little as 4 days to 3 weeks. (usually within 10-14 days.)

Eric contacted me out of the blue, i had no website up but a simple add and a picture of my old trailer.
He needed a light enclosed trailer for his biz Lake Bamboo to transport bamboo plants.
His trailer is a 4' x 8' x 5' with a single rear ramp door, and 8" wheels.
I gave him two new latches with 2 new padlocks, upgraded to a 2" coupler and added a swing back jack.
And finally the standard color of white ext. red frame / white interior / black floor.

Bill came to me needing a cheap trailer for his son to hual his audio/band equipment.
His trailer is a 4' x 8' x 5' with double rear doors, and 12" 4lug wheels.
I also added some weather stripping to keep any rain out,
and I put in 16 eye hooks inside to secure the loads, and installed a swing back jack.
With the basic white / white / black floor paint job.

His is almost identical to bills, but 8" wheels and without the hooks inside.
Upgraded to Double back doors ready for weather stripping (but left un-installed).
And added two 12volt interior lights that run off the running lights.
With a basic white / white / grey floor paint job. And a swing back jack.

This little trailer started life as my 2nd trailer, which I recently sold.
It is a 4' x 8' x 4' H with 4 lug 12" wheels, swing back jack, single rear door, single side door,
I converted the side lights to LED, added two round LED stop/turn/tail light in the door,
I put a rack inside to hold a folding table up at the roof, and eye bolts in the floor and roof.
You might notice the worn paint, (i only ever painted the outside with one coat of primer)
I sold it to Sean, at Fighters inc. on 7-14-08 after I used it for about 1 year.
He needed a lightweight trailer for his shows that his small 4cyl SUV could pull.
His plan is to repaint it gloss black to install his Logo's on the sides.

Here is my very first trailer, originally used as a flatbed for 3 years, then enclosed at 5',
with a ramp door then later I changed it to double doors. It is a 02 chassis with 8" wheels,
You can see I have all kinds of hooks, shelves, pockets and racks on it.
I also added the tag to the door with a surface mount light, upper rear running lights,
interior light, a 2" coupler, and black painted frame with silver wheels.
It was eventually sold when I didnt need it as much and then I built the smaller one above.

The trailer here was built as a flat bed for a woman who needed a small, light trailer for her kyak.
Its a simple 4' x 8' with 8" wheels, and I added some tie down points on top.

Here is my latest completion, a 6.5' high concession type trailer.
Built for David, to use for selling subs. Its a 2008 chassis with 8" wheels,
With a 2.5' wide rear door, 3.5'x4' side opening with a small bar, lockable from inside.
White on white and white frame, with the S.B.Jack, and matching locks for the door and hitch.
I used some lighter sheathing and studs due to the height, so its actually no more weight than a standard 5' high
